HOW IT WORKS

Domestic (UK) shipping

• Shipping Carrier: All orders are fulfilled from our Manchester centre, using top UK carriers for reliability and tracking
• Processing & Dispatch: Orders placed before noon are dispatched the same business day; all others ship within 1 working day
• Shipping Costs:

Express delivery	1-2 days	£5.25 (available for all orders)

• Standard Delivery Timeline: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• Order Tracking: Sent automatically at dispatch.

International (outside the UK) shipping

• Shipping Carrier: DHL Express for all international orders, with full tracking and rapid delivery.
• Processing & Dispatch: Orders placed before noon are dispatched the same business day; all others ship within 1 working day
• Duties and Taxes: All international duties and import taxes are already included in the product price - what you see is what you pay. There are never any surprise customs bills or courier fees on delivery. These will be paid across on our behalf by DHL Express upon delivery.
