LIVING BY DESIGN RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with LIVING BY DESIGN. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our travel packing solutions. If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return. Please review our return policy below.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS 

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns are only accepted if:
    • The product has a manufacturing fault; or
    • The product is in perfect, unused condition (no smell, unwashed, unused, and in original packaging) and you have simply changed your mind.
  • Items must be returned as a complete subset as purchased (i.e., all cubes in the original group).
  • We do not accept returns for products that show signs of use, washing, or damage not related to manufacturing faults.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

We care about bringing ease to your lifestyle routines and that extends to product returns.

  • Log into your account and initiate the return from your purchase history, or go to our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address.
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  • If returning for a "change of mind," please confirm that the item meets the following conditions:
    • The item is unused
    • The item is unwashed
    • The item has no odour
    • The item is in its original packaging
    • All items in the subset are included
  • If returning due to a "manufacturing fault," please upload clear photos of the fault.
  • Submit your return request.
  • Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label or QR code via email.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging and attach the provided return label or use the QR code.
  • Drop the package off with the designated carrier.

Return Processing & Refunds

  • Upon receipt, our returns team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the stated return conditions.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days, minus a £8 returns processing fee (for change-of-mind returns).
  • If the return does not meet our conditions, you will be notified and given the option to have the product returned to you at your expense.
  • Your refund will be made to the same payment method you used to place the order, within 24 hours of your return being processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refunded amount in your account.

Manufacturing Faults

  • If your product has a manufacturing fault, please describe the issue and upload clear photos via the return form in our returns portal.
  • Faulty items will be fully refunded or replaced at no cost to you. LIVING BY DESIGN covers return shipping costs for manufacturing faults.
