Thank you for shopping with LIVING BY DESIGN. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our travel packing solutions. If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return. Here is what you need to know.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, if:

  • The product is in perfect, unused condition (unwashed, unused, no smell, and in original packaging), packed neatly as a complete subset, in its original packaging
  • For international returns, if this is to be return shipped from the same country to which it was delivered.

HOW IT WORKS

Domestic (UK) returns

  • Returns shipping and fees: There are no shipping or returns fees charged for UK returns.
  • How to Initiate a return: Use our returns portal to request a return; you will receive a prepaid shipping label.
  • Follow the carrier’s guidance for parcel drop-off or collection 

International (outside the UK) returns

  • Countries Covered: Returns are accepted from all shipped-to countries, but must be return shipped from the original country to which they were delivered.
  • Return Shipping Fee: A flat fee of US$25/CA$35/SG$35 is deducted from your refund if the returns is not due to a manufacturing fault.
  • How to Initiate: Request via our returns portal and a DHL Express prepaid return label will be issued.
  • Shipping Carrier: DHL Express for all international orders, with full tracking and rapid delivery.
  • Follow the carrier’s guidance for parcel drop-off or collection

RETURN PROCESSING & REFUNDS

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method, minus any return shipping fee, within 10-14 business days after your return is received and inspected.
  • If the return does not meet our conditions, you will be notified and given the option to have the product returned to you at your expense.
