At LIVING BY DESIGN, we want to see you fly! As a London-headquartered business, here is what we’ve put in place to make that happen.

DOMESTIC (UK) SHIPPING

Shipping Carrier: All orders are fulfilled from our Manchester centre, using top UK carriers for reliability and tracking.

Processing & Dispatch: Orders placed before noon are dispatched the same business day; all others ship within 1 working day

Shipping Costs: 

 

Standard Delivery Timeline: 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Order Tracking: Emailed to you automatically when your order is on it's way.

INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE THE UK) SHIPPING

Shipping Carrier: DHL Express for all international orders, with full tracking and rapid delivery.

Processing & Dispatch: Orders placed before noon are dispatched the same business day; all others ship within 1 working day

Duties & Taxes: All international duties and import taxes are already included in the product price - what you see is what you pay. There are never any surprise customs bills or courier fees on delivery. These will be paid across on our behalf by DHL Express upon delivery.
