  • Processing & Dispatch: Orders placed before noon are dispatched the same business day; all others ship within 1 working day
  • Shipping Costs:
    - Standard delivery (2–3 days) for orders under £100: £5
    - Standard delivery (2–3 days) for orders over £100: Free
    - Express delivery (1–2 days) of any order: £7
  • Standard Delivery Timeline: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Order Tracking: Sent automatically at dispatch.

HOW IT WORKS FOR INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE THE UK) SHIPPING

  • Shipping Carrier: DHL Express for all international orders, with full tracking and rapid delivery.
  • Processing & Dispatch: Orders placed before noon are dispatched the same business day; all others ship within 1 working day
  • Duties and Taxes: All international duties and import taxes are already included in the product price - what you see is what you pay. There are never any surprise customs bills or courier fees on delivery. These will be paid across on our behalf by DHL Express upon delivery.
  • Shipping Costs:
    - EU: Free shipping over €400 EUR
    - US: Free shipping over $450 USD
    - Canada: Free shipping over $600 CAD
    - Singapore: Free shipping over $600 SGD
    - DHL Express shipping calculated at checkout for all other orders
  • Standard Delivery Timeline: Delivery Timelines: Generally, 2-4 business days.
  • Order Tracking: Sent automatically at dispatch.
